It is not a travel agency or tour operator, but it facilitates bookings made directly with the properties featured on the website.
Bookings made through this website are confirmed after you agreed to the hotel's or guesthouse's own cancellation and reservation policies and you have made your deposit payment online. The hotel or guesthouse may ask for your credit card details or an additional bank deposit to confirm your booking. If you cancel your reservation within two weeks after making your on-line booking, and at least four weeks before the booked arrival date, the initial deposit that you paid online will be refunded. You will also get a refund in the extremely unlikely case that the hotel or guesthouse fails to provide accommodation to you. After you make your deposit payment through this site, you will receive a confirmation of your deposit payment and reservation by email. You will settle any other amounts due, directly with the hotel or guesthouse. Jacoline Vinke does not accept any liability regarding the agreement between you and the hotel or guesthouse for the accommodation or any other services provided to you.
Every effort is made to ensure that all descriptions, information, positions on the map, recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding accommodation and services displayed on the website are accurate at the time they are posted on the web, but they are provided for guidance only. Jacoline has personally visited all properties that feature on this website, but she also relies on the owners or managers for compiling the factual information. She cannot be held responsible for any changes that may have occurred in-between information updates or errors and omissions in the information provided to her. She also accepts no responsibilities for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to anyone staying at the accommodations featured on this website.
All bookings are subject to the reservation and cancellation policies of the individual hotels and guesthouses, as specified on this website. You should read them carefully. If you want to cancel or modify a confirmed booking, you will do so directly with the hotel or guesthouse, and their reservation and cancellation policies will apply. It is strongly recommended you take out a personal travel and cancellation insurance, for yourself and your travel companions, when you make your booking.
If during the course of your stay at a hotel or guesthouse you booked through this website you have any complaints, you should take it up with the local manager. While you should not hesitate to inform Jacoline of your complaints, she cannot interfere on your behalf.
